CELEBRITY TOUR GUIDE DAYS

ABQ Trolley Co. is excited to announce our 2010 Celebrity Tour Guide Days! Help us kick off the start of our 2010 Season with a week of Albuquerque tours led by local celebrities. Imagine enjoying a front-row seat to the best of Albuquerque led by a famous local celebrity tour guide! During this week, we will invite local celebrities to be an ABQ Trolley Co. Burqueño for the day. Each guide will bring their own unique character and flavor; something that is sure to make for some very interesting, fun and exciting tours.

Celebrity Tour Guide Days is scheduled for April 6 - 9, 2010. Tours will be held daily at 11am and 1pm (8 tours total). The tour will be our 66-minute, 18-mile Best of ABQ city tour with a unique twist: each tour will be led by local ABQ celebrities! Check back soon for a list of participating celebrities. A generous portion of the proceeds will go to each celebrity tour guide's charity of choice. All tips will go to ABQ Trolley Co.'s charity of choice: Special Olympics New Mexico www.sonm.org. We are very grateful to live in Albuquerque and to be part of such a great community; this is our way of giving a little back and having some fun at the same time.

11am - Bob Brown, Host of Sports Radio 101.7 The Team, "The Locker Room"

Wednesday, April 7
11am - Tom Rutherford, Co-Founder of Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta

Tom Rutherford is a politician, a lawyer and a balloonist. He considers himself to be a "Hot Air Specialist."

1pm - Hunter Greene, former University of New Mexico Lobo Basketball star

Hunter Greene is a long time resident of Albuquerque, NM. He attended the University of New Mexico and graduated as the all time leading scorer for the Lobo's Basketball Team.
